Trip to Mountfichet Castle

Our Year 2 pupils had a fantastic day exploring Mountfitchet Castle! They stepped back in time to experience life in a real Norman village, discovering medieval houses, meeting friendly animals, and learning all about castles and knights through fun, hands-on activities.

What a week!

Year 2 were entertained twice this week! First, on Tuesday we visited Watford Palace Theatre to see a production of 'Jack and the Beanstalk'. The show featured singing, dancing, water squirters and lots and lots of beans! Today we made the journey to the Watford Colosseum to see Electric Umbrella. They are a live band that bring together people of all abilities to create and perform joyful songs. They recently appeared on the television show 'Britain's Got Talent'!
